Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how MarshyOS Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies across our website and platform at marshyos.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
MarshyOS Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16993500), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Our ICO registration number is ZC085281.
We take a deliberately minimal approach to cookies and tracking. We do not set non-essential cookies without your consent, we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell any data collected through cookies.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website, used to make a site work, remember your choices, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies include browser storage (local storage and session storage), pixels and tags, which perform comparable functions. Where we refer to “cookies” in this policy, we mean all of these technologies.
Your consent and how to manage your choices
When you first visit our site, our cookie banner lets you Accept all or Reject all non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary technologies are always active because the site cannot function without them, and they do not require consent. No non-essential cookies are set unless you choose to accept them.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in our website footer, which reopens the banner. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Disabling certain technologies may affect how the site works for you.
Cookies and similar technologies we use
Strictly necessary (always active)
These are required for the website and platform to function and to remember your privacy choice. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off in our systems.

Analytics
We do not currently set analytics cookies. If we introduce analytics in future (for example, Google Analytics), they would only be set with your consent, and we would update this policy before doing so.
Marketing and advertising
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any.
Third-party services and cookies
Some technologies are set by third parties who provide services on our behalf. We do not control these, and they are governed by each provider’s own privacy and cookie policies:
- Google (Analytics and sign-in): https://policies.google.com/privacy
If you sign in using Google, Google may also set its own cookies as part of that sign-in process, under its own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
